Strawberry Arangju is a 6% ABV fruit-infused traditional drink from Gyeongsangnam-do, crafted by Milhyang Brewery using Korean rice, domestic strawberry, and wild pear (dolbae). The wild pear contributes a subtle earthiness and body that prevents the strawberry from dominating into candy-like sweetness, while wheat nuruk and rice-based fermentation anchor the drink in traditional brewing methods. At 750ml and 6%, it is designed for communal drinking, offering a smooth, balanced profile where fruit fragrance lifts without overwhelming. Sucralose rounds out the sweetness while keeping the finish clean and residue-free.
