Description

Jiranjigyo Premium Takju is a 13% ABV rice wine from Sunchang, Jeollabuk-do. The brewery uses a locally preserved nuruk culture and a two-stage iyangju method, fermenting the wine at low temperature for 100 days and maturing it for another 90. Sunchang rice, glutinous rice, nuruk, and local bedrock water create a dense grain profile with layered fruit aroma, without sweeteners or other additives. Its weight suits bossam and Korean pancakes.
