Jeong Persimmon Fresh Makgeolli is a 6% ABV unpasteurized makgeolli from Gyeongsangnam-do's Akyang Brewery, sharing the same producer as Akyang Fresh Makgeolli. This expression adds complexity through a multi-grain base of domestic white rice, glutinous rice, nuruk, and rice bran (미강), rather than relying on simple sweetness.
