Akyang Fresh Makgeolli is a 6% ABV unpasteurized makgeolli from Gyeongsangnam-do's Akyang Brewery. The base of domestic white rice and Korean nuruk creates a solid traditional foundation, while a detailed fermentation support system — including enzymes, lactic acid, stevia blend, and calcium compounds — refines the texture and balance. Fine fizz lifts its creamy body, producing a brighter, more refreshing impression than many sweeter styles. The 750ml bottle is best served well chilled with jeon or fried dishes.
