Akyang Fresh Makgeolli is a 6% ABV unpasteurized makgeolli from Gyeongsangnam-do's Akyang Brewery. The base of domestic white rice and Korean nuruk creates a solid traditional foundation, while a detailed fermentation support system — including enzymes, lactic acid, stevia blend, and calcium compounds — refines the texture and balance. Fine fizz lifts its creamy body, producing a brighter, more refreshing impression than many sweeter styles. The 750ml bottle is best served well chilled with jeon or fried dishes.

Jeong Persimmon Fresh Makgeolli is a 6% ABV unpasteurized makgeolli from Gyeongsangnam-do's Akyang Brewery, sharing the same producer as Akyang Fresh Makgeolli. This expression adds complexity through a multi-grain base of domestic white rice, glutinous rice, nuruk, and rice bran (미강), rather than relying on simple sweetness. The result is creamy but energetic, with gentle sparkle carrying the finish. A versatile everyday companion for Korean comfort foods, from kimchi plates to hot fried snacks.
