Jeju Gapado Cheong Barley is a 20% ABV soju from Jeju, distilled from green barley with grain spirit and purified water. The green barley distillate gives the spirit a cereal-toned, subtly grassy nose that feels distinctly island-born, while the palate stays crisp and direct. Its dry, clean finish makes it food-friendly across a range of Korean dishes, pairing especially well with galbi, bossam, and fresh sashimi.
