Hongsi Wine Persimmon White is a 12% ABV fruit wine from Chungcheongbuk-do, made entirely from 100% Korean soft persimmon (hongsi). The fully ripened fruit gives the wine a lush, almost jammy aroma that fills the glass immediately, yet the palate stays juicier and more lifted than you might expect from such an aromatic opening. White sugar rounds the body without pushing sweetness into cloying territory, and a fresh finish provides enough structure to keep it food-friendly.
