Gyeonggi Rice Makgeolli is a 7.7% ABV makgeolli from Gyeonggi-do, brewed with 26.67% local Sema rice variety, guk starter, yeast, and wheat-containing ingredients. The Sema rice, a Gyeonggi-do specialty cultivar, lends a particularly clean and direct rice aroma that anchors the entire profile. At 600ml and 7.7%, it sits in a versatile middle ground between light session styles and fuller craft expressions, making it equally comfortable with casual snacks and more substantial Korean meals.
