Description

Donghae Soju is a 17.5% ABV soju from Gangwon-do that blends rice distillate with deep ocean water drawn from the East Sea. The deep-sea mineral content gives the spirit a notably clean, rounded mouthfeel that softens the alcohol without dulling the grain character. Erythritol and crystalline fructose contribute a subtle sweetness that stays well-integrated rather than cloying, keeping the overall impression transparent and crisp. The result is a soju that drinks lighter than its proof suggests, making it a versatile companion for grilled galbi, fatty bossam wraps, or delicate sashimi where a harsh spirit would overwhelm the fish.
