Mowol Ro is a 25% ABV distilled soju from Gangwon-do, made with only three ingredients: Korean rice, nuruk (traditional fermentation starter), and purified water. This minimalist approach produces a spirit with a notably crisp, linear character - the aroma opens quietly, then broadens into soft grain sweetness before a dry, composed finish.
