The aroma is gentle: fresh steamed rice with a faint floral yeast note. On the palate, the texture is polished and medium-light, with restrained sweetness that tilts slightly savory, and a clean mineral finish reminiscent of Danyang's limestone spring water. Serve at 8-12°C. Ideal with japchae where the glass noodle sweetness mirrors the rice base, or alongside bindaetteok where the crisp mung-bean crust plays off the smooth body.
