Deokdu Doga Yakju 16do is a 16% ABV clear yakju from Deokdu Doga on Jeju Island, sharing the same Wando rice and domestic nuruk base as its sister takju but stripped of cloudiness for a more refined expression. The result is a smooth, focused profile where precise grain aroma leads into a clean, dry-leaning close. The clarity reveals subtle complexity that cloudier versions mask. It pairs naturally with hanjeongsik, grilled fish, and delicately seasoned steamed dishes.
