Description
Deokdu Doga Takju 15 is a 15% ABV makgeolli from Deokdu Doga on Jeju Island, brewed with Wando-grown glutinous rice, regular rice, and domestic nuruk. The higher proof creates a fuller mid-palate and a longer finish than typical fresh makgeolli, while the creamy sweetness from the glutinous rice base keeps it approachable despite the strength. It drinks like a hearty table bottle that stands up to bold, savory dishes without losing its inviting texture.
