Yeonha is a 12% ABV makgeolli from Jeju, crafted by Isibo Brewery using domestic rice, nuruk, Jeju cactus fruit (baeknyeoncho), and Jeju citrus peel (jinpi). The island-sourced botanicals are what set this apart: baeknyeoncho contributes a subtle berry-like sweetness and distinctive pink-tinged color, while jinpi adds bright citrus aromatics that recall the mandarin orchards covering Jeju's coastline. The rice and nuruk foundation provides creamy body and grain depth, but the overall impression tilts toward aromatic freshness rather than heavy grain weight. At 330ml and 12%, it is portioned for focused, expressive drinking.
