Cham Brewing Pine Makgeolli is a 5.5% ABV makgeolli from Jeollanam-do, brewed with domestic rice layered with pine needles, angelica root, and Hallabong citrus from Jeju. The pine needles contribute a resinous, forest-like freshness that distinguishes it from fruit-forward makgeolli styles, while angelica adds a subtle herbal depth. On the palate, the texture opens creamy and full before transitioning into a clean pine-driven finish with a gentle tangerine lift from the Hallabong.
