Ujumelronmi Sparkling Makgeolli is a 5% ABV melon-flavored sparkling makgeolli from Jeollanam-do's Sihyangga Brewery. Melon juice is added to a base of non-glutinous rice, glutinous rice, and nuruk, then carbonated to create a lively, fruit-forward drink.
