Description

Shore RED is a 25% ABV traditional spirit from Gangwon-do, brewed from Pocheon-grown glutinous rice and regular rice with house-made rice nuruk and domestically sourced yeast from the Korea Food Research Institute. The dual-rice base creates a fuller body than single-grain spirits, while the self-produced nuruk and research-grade yeast bring fermentation precision that translates into a refined, smooth character. At 360ml and 25%, it offers a well-balanced, steady companion for Korean banchan-heavy tables and grilled meats.
