BURNT 번트
BURNT is a 25% ABV soju from Gangwon-do, distilled from 100% Yangyang-grown buckwheat. Single-origin buckwheat as a distillation base is rare in Korean spirits and produces a distinctly nutty, dry-toned character quite different from rice-based soju. Despite the moderate-high proof, the texture stays clean and smooth with heat kept controlled. The 375ml format makes it a precise, purposeful bottle for grilled meats, bossam, or sashimi where the buckwheat's earthy clarity creates compelling contrast with rich or delicate foods.

The dual-rice base creates a fuller body than single-grain spirits, while the self-produced nuruk and research-grade yeast bring fermentation precision that translates into a refined, smooth character.
