Description

Saint House Apricot Wine is a 12% ABV fruit wine from Chungcheongnam-do, produced by Haemieupseongttalgi Wine Brewery with 80% apricot content. The high apricot ratio delivers a plush, sun-ripened stone-fruit aroma that is more natural orchard than artificial flavoring. At 500ml, it shares the same mid-sized format as its quince sibling from the same brewery. The palate is sweet and jammy with a bright mid-palate lift from natural apricot acidity, preventing the wine from becoming flat or one-note. The finish is soft and lingering, carrying the warmth of ripe apricot without excessive heaviness.
