Description

Saint House Plum Wine is a 12% ABV fruit wine from Chungcheongnam-do, produced by Haemieupseongttalgi Wine Brewery using 80% plum with sulfite and sorbate for preservation. The 80% plum ratio ensures that genuine stone-fruit character dominates rather than being masked by dilution or added sweetness. The result is a vivid, juicy wine with natural plum aromatics, supple sweetness, and enough acidity to keep the palate refreshed. At 500ml and 12%, it is substantial enough to serve as a proper food wine rather than being confined to dessert pairings, though it excels in both roles.
