Description

Ttalgi Sparkling Wine is a 12% ABV sparkling fruit wine from Chungcheongnam-do, produced by Haemi Strawberry Wine Brewery using 90% fresh seonshin (premium) strawberries. The overwhelming fruit ratio means this sparkling wine leads with vivid, natural strawberry perfume rather than generic berry flavoring. Fine carbonation lifts the palate and adds a festive, celebratory quality, while the 12% ABV provides enough structure to carry the fruit through to a lively finish. Sulfites and sorbates preserve freshness, and white sugar supplements the natural fruit sweetness. Haemi-eupseong, the brewery's home region, is a historic fortress town in Chungnam known for its agricultural produce.
