PS Apple Cider is a 5% ABV sparkling cider from Chungcheongbuk-do's Sinabeuro Winery, built on fresh apples, purified water, white sugar, carbonation, and yeast. The apple character leads clearly - bright, crisp, and fruit-forward - with carbonation adding a refreshing effervescence that keeps the drinking experience light. At 750ml, the bottle is generously sized for sharing, and the gentle 5% ABV makes it suitable for all-day consumption. Potassium metabisulfite and potassium sorbate serve as stabilizers, maintaining the clean apple expression over the bottle's shelf life.
