Description
Maesil Hyanggi Dameun Sul is a 14% yakju from Myeongse Juga in Gadeok-myeon, Cheongju (North Chungcheong), bottled at 500ml. Dongdongju brewed from Korean rice is blended with an extract made by fermenting plums, which gives it its plum aroma, and it is sweetened with starch syrup and aspartame. The brewery uses local rice grown without pesticides using snail farming in Hangye-ri and also makes makgeolli and distilled spirits.
