Soljik 25 Degrees Aged 10 Years is a 25% ABV soju from Gyeongsangnam-do, crafted by Pine Songju Brewery using Korean rice distillate aged for a full decade with pine shoot, sugar, salt, and citric acid. The ten-year maturation creates a composed, unhurried character that separates it from young soju, with pine-shoot aromatics adding a distinctive herbal-resinous note. Minimal additions of salt and citric acid sharpen the finish without cluttering the profile. It is especially compelling alongside charcoal-grilled meats and rich sliced pork dishes where the aged depth can hold its own.
