Description
Haneularaeseo (Under the Sky) is a 24% ABV soju from Gyeongsangnam-do, distilled entirely from sweet persimmon spirit and purified water. Using danggam (sweet persimmon) as the sole distillation base is uncommon in Korean spirits, and it produces a distinctively clean, fruit-influenced character where persimmon nuance appears as subtle fragrance rather than overt sweetness. The dry finish and crisp texture make it an effective pairing with galbi, bossam, and sashimi where clarity and freshness on the palate matter most.
