Persimmon Green Regular is a 12% ABV persimmon fruit wine from Cheongdo Persimmon Wine Brewery in Gyeongsangbuk-do, crafted entirely from domestically grown Korean persimmons. Positioned as the everyday drinking option in the Persimmongeurin lineup, this regular edition prioritizes clean drinkability and straightforward fruit expression. The nose is fresh and bright - ripe persimmon pulp, a hint of citrus peel, and light floral sweetness without the concentrated intensity of the ice-wine or special editions. On the palate, the body is light-medium with an easygoing, smooth flow.
