Positioned as the everyday drinking option in the Persimmongeurin lineup, this regular edition prioritizes clean drinkability and straightforward fruit expression. The nose is fresh and bright — ripe persimmon pulp, a hint of citrus peel, and light floral sweetness without the concentrated intensity of the ice-wine or special editions. On the palate, the body is light-medium with an easygoing, smooth flow. Sweetness is present and friendly but calibrated to stay in the background, making this a wine you can pour through a casual meal without palate fatigue.
