Description

Nim Geurida is a 6% ABV makgeolli from Gaya Brewery in Gyeongsangnam-do, fermented from a blend of glutinous and non-glutinous rice with wheat-based nuruk. The dual-rice composition gives it a plush, rounded texture while maintaining enough structural clarity to avoid heaviness. Wheat nuruk drives a creamy sweetness that opens the palate, followed by a clean grain finish that resets neatly between sips. Despite its straightforward ingredient list, the balance between body and freshness is carefully calibrated, making it equally suited to food pairing and standalone sipping in a 750ml format.
