Malkeunnaeil Sparkling Makgeolli Signature is a 6% ABV carbonated makgeolli from Gyeongsangnam-do, crafted by Upo-ui Achim Brewery using domestic non-glutinous rice (maepsal) and nuruk. Where the Balhyo Signature emphasizes traditional live fermentation, this sparkling expression adds a lively stream of bubbles that gives the classic creamy core a bright, modern rhythm. The brewery was selected as a 2022 "Visiting Brewery" (Chajaganeun Yangjojang) producer, a government-backed designation that highlights local craft excellence.
