Seutom Takju (Storm Takju) is a 6% ABV makgeolli from Miryang in Gyeongsangnam-do, built on domestic rice from the region supplemented with additional rice ingredients and starter culture. The low alcohol level makes it one of the most approachable makgeolli options, while the creamy body provides enough textural interest to keep it from feeling thin.
