Description
Namsan Dulle-gil is a 7.6% ABV pine needle makgeolli from Idaeap Brewery in Seoul, where domestic rice and Korean pine needles come together for a distinctively aromatic profile you rarely encounter in urban-brewed makgeolli. The pine needles add a clean, resinous lift that keeps the creamy rice base from feeling heavy, creating an unusual contrast between softness and freshness. Brewed with guk that contains wheat, it maintains the classic makgeolli creaminess while the piney finish acts as a natural palate cleanser. The 750ml bottle is generous enough for shared meals, and the name evokes the walking trail circling Namsan, one of Seoul's most iconic landmarks.
