Deep Plum Blossom Night (Maehwagipeunbam) is an 8% ABV cheongju from Baekjemyeongga Brewery in Chungcheongnam-do, where Korean maesil (green plum) meets a domestic rice base fermented with nuruk and refined enzymes. Sugar adds structural sweetness, but the plum drives the character — a quiet, sweet-sour lift that extends the finish without overwhelming the clean rice core. At 375ml, it is a measured pour designed for refined dining settings. The plum influence stays restrained rather than fruity, making it a graceful companion for grilled fish, steamed dishes, and multi-course hanjeongsik where aromatic subtlety matters more than bold flavor.
