Deep Plum Blossom Night (Maehwagipeunbam) is an 8% ABV cheongju from Baekjemyeongga Brewery in Chungcheongnam-do, where Korean maesil (green plum) meets a domestic rice base fermented with nuruk and refined enzymes. Sugar adds structural sweetness, but the plum drives the character - a quiet, sweet-sour lift that extends the finish without overwhelming the clean rice core.
