Description

Borisu Haneun Bam is an 8% ABV cheongju from Baekjemyeongga Brewery in Chungcheongnam-do, weaving three fruit-derived layers - Korean bori-su (autumn olive berry), plum, and red yeast rice (honggugssal) - into a polished domestic rice base. The bori-su contributes a rosy, slightly tart fruit nuance, the plum adds sweet-sour complexity, and the red yeast rice deepens both color and perception with a subtle earthy undertone. Despite these multiple additions, the profile stays clean and smooth rather than busy, with a brighter acidity than most cheongju in this range. The 375ml format targets deliberate, course-oriented dining where seafood and steamed dishes benefit from a drink with visual presence and layered aromatics.
