Kiwisul is a 40% ABV fruit spirit from Jeju-do that distills both green and gold kiwi into a single high-proof expression. The dual-kiwi approach is deliberate: green kiwi contributes tartness and grassy vibrancy while gold kiwi adds tropical sweetness and aromatic depth. The result is a spirit with more complexity than either fruit alone could provide. The nose is immediately engaging — bright kiwi skin tartness, ripe tropical fruit, and a subtle grassy freshness.
