Juhyangara is a 55% ABV rice spirit from Chungcheongbuk-do, distilled by Dameul Brewery using domestic rice, nuruk, yeast, and purified yeast. Despite its formidable proof, the spirit maintains a polished, unhurried texture - a sign of careful distillation and patient production. The use of both standard yeast and purified yeast suggests a layered fermentation approach that builds aromatic complexity before distillation.
