진도홍주 아라리35%, 루비콘40%
Jindohongju presents two distinct expressions of the same heritage: Arari at 35% ABV for a gentler approach, and Rubikon at 40% ABV for a bolder, more concentrated experience. Both draw their signature ruby-red hue naturally from jicho (Lithospermum erythrorhizon) root, a Korean botanical historically used in dyeing and medicine. Brewed with Jeollanam-do rice as the structural base, the spirit balances herbal spice with clean grain character. This lineage includes selection as a banquet spirit for the 2007 inter-Korean summit, and subsequent national awards have reinforced its standing.
