Irwolsamju Iju is a 14.2% ABV cheongju from Gyeongsangnam-do, produced by Bitchol Brewing Research Institute using pesticide-free glutinous rice from Haman, Bitchol yeast, and wheat-based nuruk. The pesticide-free glutinous rice from Haman - a region known for rice quality - provides an exceptionally clean and silky grain base, while the proprietary Bitchol yeast shapes a precise fermentation profile. At 350ml and 14.2%, this is a refined, small-format cheongju designed for formal dining where subtle flavor layering matters more than volume.
