Description
Horangi Yuja Fresh Makgeolli is a 5% ABV unpasteurized makgeolli from Baehyejung Doga in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi-do. Korean rice forms the soft grain base, while Korean yuja adds a clear citrus aroma that sits ahead of the usual fermentation notes. The low strength and gentle body make the drink lighter than the brewery's stronger rice wines, with a sweet-tart finish that stays refreshing. Korean pancakes and fried chicken work well with its bright acidity and soft texture.
