Gyeoul Soju 45 (Winter Soju 45) is a 45% ABV distilled soju from Chungcheongnam-do's Arirang Brewing, made entirely from 100% Korean rice distillate. The all-rice, all-distillate composition means nothing dilutes the grain's essential character: each sip delivers focused, unadorned rice aromatics with a precise, structured finish. Despite the unapologetically high proof, the texture is surprisingly sleek rather than aggressive, a testament to the quality of the base distillate.
