Gawaji Takju is a makgeolli (rice wine) from Gyeonggi-do. It is medium-bodied at 7.5% ABV, available in 500ml bottles. Expect creamy and sweet flavors. Pairs well with Korean pancakes (jeon), fried chicken, kimchi.
