Daemongjae 1779 Fresh Makgeolli 12 is a 12% ABV makgeolli from Gyeongsangbuk-do, produced by Gyeongju Gyochon Doga using only rice, nuruk, and purified water. The three-ingredient purity is deliberate - it forces the fermentation itself to carry all the flavor, with no sweeteners, enzymes, or acidity regulators to steer the profile.
