Description

Inner Peace Nectar is a 10% ABV makgeolli from Gyeongsangbuk-do, crafted by Biwater Brewery using glutinous rice, non-glutinous rice, nuruk, yeast, and a trio of herbs — purple gromwell leaf, peppermint leaf, and apple mint leaf. The three-herb infusion gives this makgeolli an unusually fragrant, garden-fresh aromatic profile that opens bright and clean. Rather than heavy or medicinal, the herbs read as minty-floral with a gentle leafy quality. At 750ml, it pairs well with summer banchan, cold noodles, and fresh salads where herbal freshness enhances the meal.
