Daedam 15

Description

Daedam 15 is a 15% ABV bamboo-leaf makgeolli from Gyeongsangnam-do, produced by Daebat Village Brewery using the same domestic rice, traditional nuruk, and bamboo leaf base as its 13% sibling. The higher proof shifts the drinking experience into richer, more concentrated territory — the grain body becomes denser and more plush, while the bamboo leaf's herbal character gains intensity against the stronger alcohol backdrop. At 500ml, it shares the same format as Daedam 13 but delivers a noticeably more substantial pour. This version is better suited to bolder food pairings where its fuller body and amplified bamboo character can hold their own.
