Corevest Barrel-Aged Bochet is an 11.5% ABV mead from Gimpo, Gyeonggi-do, made with caramelized Korean acacia honey. Roasting the honey creates concentrated caramel, toasted nut, toffee, and smoke notes before oak maturation adds vanilla, wood, and gentle spice. The barrel rounds those darker flavors into a smoother texture while preserving the honey's depth. Cheese and desserts can match its dense sweetness and roasted finish.
