Cheongpung's Night is a 10% ABV makgeolli from Chungcheongbuk-do, brewed by Cheongpung Distillery with non-glutinous rice, glutinous rice, and nuruk. The dual-rice blend produces a richer, denser body than typical session makgeolli, creating a fuller nighttime pour with comforting warmth. The 10% strength adds substance without making it heavy, while nuruk fermentation rounds the sweetness into a creamy, balanced profile. It handles hearty jeon platters and spicy dishes with ease, offering a soothing finish when you want something more substantial in the glass.
