Rice and nuruk form the core, with wheat components contributing additional fermentation complexity. The 10% strength concentrates grain sweetness noticeably while maintaining the creamy, approachable texture characteristic of well-made takju. At 750ml, it is a full-size bottle that encourages sharing over a meal where you want more presence and warmth from your makgeolli without crossing into heavier territory.
