Bostteul Makgeolli 10do is a 10% ABV makgeolli from Bostteul Brewery in Gyeonggi-do, positioned between everyday session makgeolli and the brewery's stronger 12% Baeksuhwandongju. Rice and nuruk form the core, with wheat components contributing additional fermentation complexity. The 10% strength concentrates grain sweetness noticeably while maintaining the creamy, approachable texture characteristic of well-made takju.
