Description
Aunae is a 20% ABV soju from Chungcheongnam-do, produced by Dure Brewing (두레양조). Instead of a typical grain-heavy foundation, Aunae draws its base from distilled grape wine blended with neutral spirit. This gives the spirit a clean, smooth character with a light vinous nuance that distinguishes it from conventional rice or sweet potato soju. The 360ml bottle finishes dry, making it well suited for pairing with galbi, bossam, and sashimi where palate-clearing clarity is valued over sweetness.
