Dureang Brandy

두레앙 브랜디

Dureang Brandy is a 35% ABV grape brandy from Chungcheongnam-do, produced by Dure Brewing using 96.1% grapes with minimal additions of potassium metabisulfite, yeast, sugar, and purified water. The overwhelming grape ratio prioritizes fruit purity over oak influence, creating a brandy that reads bright and clean rather than heavy and barrel-forward. This approach earned the 2015 Korea Traditional Liquor Competition Grand Prize, validating its quality among Korean craft spirits. At 500ml and 35%, it functions as both a neat sipping spirit and a versatile cocktail base.
