Description
Yeoyu 40 is a 40% ABV distilled rice soju from Yangchon Brewery in Nonsan, Chungcheongnam-do. It revives the brewery's traditional Sulchun soju, first released in 1956, using rice grown in Nonsan and an extended maturation period. The spirit has a firm high-proof structure, but its texture remains rounded and a distinct fruit-like aroma rises above the grain base. Serve it in small pours with grilled meat or cheese so the aroma can open gradually.
