Somsom Makgeolli is an 8% ABV craft makgeolli from Gangwon-do, distinguished by its minimalist ingredient list of only rice, nuruk, and water. Despite this simplicity, the higher alcohol content gives it notable depth and a fuller mid-palate presence compared to lighter makgeolli styles.
