Seonbi Gin is a 48% ABV distilled spirit from Chungcheongbuk-do, produced by Tokki Soju Brewery using glutinous rice and Korean citrus (gamgyul). The name references the scholarly seonbi tradition, but the liquid itself is firmly modern: a gin-style botanical distillate with a clear citrus-forward profile built on a traditional Korean grain base. At 375ml and 48%, it packs considerable intensity, yet the citrus oils provide enough aromatic lift to keep the palate engaged rather than overwhelmed.
