Description
Seonbi Gin is a 48% ABV distilled spirit from Chungcheongbuk-do, produced by Tokki Soju Brewery using glutinous rice and Korean citrus (gamgyul). The name references the scholarly seonbi tradition, but the liquid itself is firmly modern: a gin-style botanical distillate with a clear citrus-forward profile built on a traditional Korean grain base. At 375ml and 48%, it packs considerable intensity, yet the citrus oils provide enough aromatic lift to keep the palate engaged rather than overwhelmed. The crossover between Korean soju distillation and Western gin technique gives this bottle a distinctive identity in the Korean craft spirits landscape.
